For my entry on animated BATMAN, I'll go with the DTV video that showed the greatest improvement from the original source material.
The first entry for Dick Tracy has to be for the actor who played him most, the redoubtable RALPH BYRD.
SARAIN BOYLAN fights alongside Hansel when they go after his renegade sister Gretl.
ROBERT BURKE rounds out the Robocop saga to at least a watchable level.
Though Barbara Gordon is only a support-character in the comic-book "Killing Joke," she's upgraded to a co-star with the Bat-guy in this DTV animated effort.
Vemerable serial villain ROY BARCROFT had two starring operatic roles, so I'll go with the more colorful one (even if the other guy was a Purple Monster).
