HONOR ROLL #18, JULY 11

Double your "W" pleasure with ADAM WEST and BURT WARD. I don't plan to reproduce episode-reviews here, though I've analyzed all those of the Batman series. However, I will repro here my review of any cinematic version of a TV show, or, alternately, TV-movies that function as pilot-films.

JOHNNY WEISMULLER remains the only actor most people even remember for playing Tarzan.

PATRICK (son of John) WAYNE rounds out the last of the Sinbads to be menaced by Ray Harryhausen horrors.

PETER WELLER activates the franchise of Robocop.

The 2009 WONDER WOMAN animated feature wasn't great, but it's a masterpiece next to the recent BLOODLINES travesty.

CARTER WONG gets to play a nasty emperor who, for once, doesn't get his comeuppance in the final reel.
